Evaluation

Sequential Intercept Model (SIM) Facilitation
As a certified Sequential Intercept Model (SIM) mapping facilitator, I’m available to help communities plan and conduct workshops aimed at improving the ways your community responds to people with unmet behavioral health needs. Through SIM workshops, I guide your local leaders in identifying existing community resources and planning for additional supports at each intercept, from crisis response (Intercept 0) to community corrections (Intercept 5). The process fosters collaboration among agency leaders and community members to develop strategies that divert people from the criminal justice system into a system of care.
As part of our work together, I offer sustained post-SIM technical assistance to ensure that your action plans are implemented and don’t just sit on a shelf collecting dust. As a former SIM participant myself, I know how crucial ongoing support is for real change, and I’m dedicated to providing that follow-through to help communities achieve lasting impact.
